What is the difference between ElevateAI's Echo model and ElevateAI's CX model?

Our CX transcription model has been built and tuned to the unique needs of the contact center user; click here to learn more about our CX model.

Our new Echo model delivers a significant leap in accuracy, outperforming our previous CX-focused model by 40% and ensuring superior transcription quality across every use case.

Currently, the Echo model does not diarize between speakers, perform redaction, or process for CX AI; future releases will move Echo towards feature parity with the CX model. Access the latest changes here.

How long does it take for files to process?

Audio files typically process within a a time period equal to ~25% of the overall audio length; chats and transcripts typically process in under 10 seconds.

Are NICE transcripts secure?

Per the NICE Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) datasheet, transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest, and customer data is kept within secure environments. NICE meets ISO:27001 and PCI DSS security standards and manages ASR as part of its certified cloud security services.
